Patrick shared that although almost everyone has heard of the United Way, very few people know what they do.  The Impact Model 2018 describes United Way's vision and elements of their community assessment.  From the latter, the United Way developed an impact and engagement strategy.  The organization's primary purpose is to support, develop, and implement and they do so by via 13,000 donors and volunteers.  Their current impact initiatives are education, financial stability, and health.
