2017/2018 S.T.R.I.V.E. was a success with 9 out of 10 students seeing an increase in their GPA.
10 Students participated and completed the program. Upon entry into the program, all 10 had a GPA of a C or lower.
9 out of the 10 participants saw an increase in their GPA's from the end of their Junior year to the end of their Senior year.
- 9 out of 10 students had an increase in their GPA by a .3 or higher
- 6 out of 10 students saw an increase in their GPA by .5 or higher
- 3 out of 10 students saw an increase in their GPA by one full grade or higher
- 9 out of 10 students ended the school year with a GPA of 2.4 or higher
- 4 out of 10 students ended the school year with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
The one student whose GPA did not increase, only saw their GPA decrease by 0.08
