Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center
This organization is a multi-disciplinary team that supports children who are a victim of child abuse and trafficking. They provide medical and mental health services, Family and Protective Services, criminal and law enforcement services in a coordinated team approach. Many children arrive at the Center with nothing but the clothing on their backs. CCCAC has a Rainbow Room full stocked with items that these children may need. PERC collected and donated clothing items to their Rainbow Room.
