For nearly 30 years, Steve Reed has been coaching and mentoring individuals, couples, and business groups, helping them navigate through the many challenges in life. Mr. Reed has coached hundreds of people with: Overcoming personal roadblocks; Abuse issues; Improved communication skills; and Leadership & Sales performance. Knowing your personality temperament can be critical when striving for the best possible relationships. With my experience in facilitating DISC methods, I am able to help people understand their personality and that of the people close to them. As a licensed Ziglar Choose to Win Coach, Steve takes the wisdom and traditions of the Ziglar people and blends it with his own personal history to live out Mr. Ziglar’s most famous quote, “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
He is the author of two books. The first is My Half Brother, A Journey of Hope and Grace. This is the story of Christ but from the perspective of James, Jesus’ half-brother. Take this journey back 2,000 years and relive what it would have been like to grow up with your big brother being literally perfect. His most recent book, Restored by Grace, Broken Vessels, usable for God’s Glory, is ten stories about people he has coached over the years. They each found themselves struggling in different areas in life, from physical and emotional abuse, abandonment, rejection, even rape and molestations. Through my coaching, they were able to get past their roadblocks to live a more victorious life.

Steve’s mission is pretty simple. He helps individuals and groups move from complacency to average, average to excellent and excellent to exceptional, all while helping them maintain balance in their lives.
