Chris Krupa Downs, the founder of Krupa Downs Law, PLLC, is an attorney focusing on wills, trusts, advance directives, estate planning, probate, and guardianships. Chris is a frequent speaker on estate planning, guardianship and probate law, and is a Texas Super Lawyer’s Super Lawyer. Ms. Downs is active in numerous professional associations, including the Collin County Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council for North Texas. She serves on the State Bar of Texas's Computer & Technology Section's board. She received her B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, and her J.D. degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Chris and her husband met volunteering on the board of City House. Their mutual commitment to serving their community is the foundation of their marriage. Chris currently served as the Treasurer, Executive Vice President, and Public Affairs Representative of the Junior League of Collin County, on the board of This Side Up Family Center - whose mission was to move families from surviving to thriving through parenting education and values-focused education for the entire family - as well as on the board of City House, where she served as treasurer. Combined David & Chris have lived in the Collin County – and Plano – for more than 40 years and of that they have lived together in Plano for over 15 years. Leadership
- After 25.5 years in the United States Air Force serving in key leadership positions, since May 2003, Jeff is an Associate Professor for University Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth campus teaching undergraduate leadership courses.
- While teaching at the university level, Jeff also transformed the lives of high school students teaching value-based, character-based, communication courses and leadership courses, “Air Force Junior ROTC for 15 years”, selected as Region 3 Air Force Junior ROTC Instructor of Year School 2015/2016.
- Currently, Jeff is CEO Jeff Willie Leadership, an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team, Executive Leadership Consultant and Executive Leadership Coach, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer & Consultant, DISC Behavior Analysis Consultant & Trainer, Conflict Resolution Trainer, Keynote/Motivational Speaker and an Educational Consultant. Jeff has conducted leadership seminars throughout the United States, Tokyo Japan, Cameroon West Africa, and he has leadership coaching clients in Ghana, Cameroon, Tokyo, Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, Qatar and throughout the United States. Jeff is a contributing writer for Good Life Family Magazine and co-author of ‘In Her Boots, Sexual Assault Prevention and Recovery Strategies’.
- Jeff is a Certified Mediator, an Arkansas Law Enforcement Instructor in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and an Honorary Colonel Arkansas State Police.
- Jeff is married to his high school sweetheart for over 44 years (Pat, a retired Chief Nursing Officer). Jeff and Pat have two daughters: Dr. Katrina Willie-Musoma (Pediatrician), Ursula Willie (Attorney) and two grandchildren. Jeff is all about “Serving and Adding Value to People, People are his Business”.
