Mary Tock (center) sponsored by Maryann Cole (left) was brought into our Rotary family at our July 26, noon meeting by President Todd Brandenburg (right).

Mary completed her nursing program in 1974 at St. Joseph School of Nursing in Providence, RI, and was commissioned an Air Force 1st Lt. in December 1975. Directly following active duty, she joined the Reserves as a flight nurse at Scott AFB, IL. While there, she earned her BSN at University of Missouri, and later obtained a Master’s Degree from Webster University, in St Louis.

She has served as a nurse in the Veterans Administration at three VA Medical Centers in multiple administrative roles and specializing in Nursing and Healthcare Informatics. She retired in 2017 with 15 years of VA service but recently has taken a part-time position with the local Washington Department of Veterans Affairs State Home here in Walla Walla.

Welcome aboard Mary. We’re pleased you accepted our invitation.
