Meeting Format

There have been some concerns about the new meeting format I would like to clear up for everyone. The reason I changed it was to be sure the speakers who are presenting have their full time. The program chair is very clear in the communication to the presenters that they will be introduced at 12:15, and have a full 25 minutes. We request of them they allow time for Q&A. If we don't have a full agenda for the meeting, they are allowed to go an extra 5 minutes or so. In the past, we have started the program portion at 12:25, with instructions to be finished by 12:50, so they are receiving the same amount of time. It's fun to switch things up once in a while!
