Please join me in thanking Diane Van Epps for her steadfast leadership as the President of our Club for the past two years. Diane led us through the multitude of necessary logistics for our Club to seamlessly transition to a new meeting location while maintaining our focus on serving the needs of our community and beyond. Diane's leadership within our club will continue not only as Past President on our Board; she has also stepped up to chair our Foundation Committee. She embodies Service Above Self.
Please also join me in welcoming Michelle Cooper to a leadership role within our Club as she begins a two-year term as a Director on our Club's Board. Michelle has a huge heart for our community and leads through her actions.
Thank you for your trust and confidence in me to serve as President of our Club for the next two years. Our Club is applauded within Rotary District 6290 for the work we get done within our community. We are a small but mighty Club. It is you that makes our Club special. I look forward to the work that lies ahead and getting to know all of you better.
As a reminder, there is no Club Assembly on July 4th. I hope you are able to enjoy Independence Day with family and friends.
