The next few months offer exciting opportunities to serve, connect, and shape the future of our club. First, our second and final BBQ for this year will be held on Thursday, August 7th. The BBQ’s have long-served as our primary fundraising mechanism and provide the greatest opportunity for us to share Rotary fellowship with the community. To make it a success, Rotarians are needed from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM to help make this a successful event. Whether you can give a few hours or a full day, your participation will help us deliver an event that reflects the spirit of “Service Above Self.” Contact Christy Nowak if you have not already signed up to help at the BBQ. 

Looking further ahead, please save the date for our Club Visioning session on Saturday, October 25th. All members of our club are encouraged to attend. This is an exciting opportunity to step back and think about who we are as a club, where we want to go, and how we can continue to make a meaningful impact in our community and beyond. Visioning is a facilitated process led by trained Rotary leaders designed to help clubs identify priorities, set achievable goals, and build a shared sense of direction for the next three to five years. A meal will be provided, and the time and location will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.

Your input during this session will be vital as we create a roadmap for the future of our club. By participating, you’ll help ensure that our projects, events, and service initiatives reflect the passions and talents of all our members.
