 . Participants can join using the provided link. Attendance by people in t
 hese roles\, including Club Presidents for 2025-2026\, is crucial\, even f
 or experienced individuals\, to share insights and comply with Rotary Inte
 rnational and state government requirements. The session includes signing 
 off on briefings for host families\, with a copy of host family and mentor
  manuals available post-session. Clubs are encouraged to invite all host f
 amilies and anyone interested in future Youth Exchange mentoring or hostin
 g roles\, and to inform Rochelle Lampard about attendees.     CAN YOU PL
