Community Pint Night at Bale Breakers with Sunrise Rotary

This is an invitation to Rotarians and Non-Rotarians alike.  Come by after work for a refreshing craft beer and support Sunrise Rotary of Yakima’s fundraising efforts. $1 from each pint sold will be remitted back to their efforts to support youth programs and projects throughout our community. They will have raffle tickets for sale, including a chance to win a 2016 Silverado.

Sunrise Rotary Club of Yakima Background

Since our existence, Sunrise Rotary has raised over $1,200,000. Each year, dollars are allocated to different programs/outreach efforts to include two scholarship programs (speech and service-currently 8 scholarships per annum to graduating high school seniors who are going to college), Operation Santa (gifts and program for foster children), supporting well established programs run by others, and a ‘project’ that we help build, usually working hand in hand with local cities. On the latter, we are currently building two picnic shelters at Randall Park in Yakima. Rotarians also contribute their time and resources directly with these projects and programs, sometimes leveraging their contacts to obtaining ‘in-kind’ donations which is a further enhancement of what our club brings to the community.
