RI Convention and Friendship Exchange Possibility

Greetings Rotarians,
If you are considering attending the RI convention in New Orleans on 21-25 May 2011, keep in mind that the first discount period ends on 15 December and the registration fee increases from $300 to $340 per person after that day.
Also, from May 26 through June 8 there is an opportunity to participate in a Friendship Exchange with District 5960.

Information on Friendship Exchange:
THE MINIMUM WE NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE FLY IS: 5!
LOTS OF INTEREST FROM DISTRICT 5960 TO COME OUR WAY!
The stop in Minnesota on the way home from the convention could make it really, really economical!
Also, They have 3 clubs committed to host:
1. Rice Lake, Wisconsin (for the "up north" feel)
2. Stillwater, Mn. which is near the twin cities and the great river, the mighty Mississippi, (Their Metro is considered one of the top places to live in the USA!)
3. Rochester, Mn. which is the medical center of the world.
District 5960 does believe it is the BEST line-up of clubs in their district ever for our exchanges!
I am thrilled the way it has "lined up!"
Dates:
Arrive 5960 - May 26th (from either New Orleans or Home)
Host Club #1 - May 27,28,29,30
Host Club #2 - May 31, June 1,2,3
Host Club #3 - June 4,5,6,7
Depart 5960 - June 8th (program ends and Team or Team members may choose to continue touring as they arrange)
