Food Angels Backpack Loading

Food Angels Program:

A Leader and 2-3 volunteers every week are needed to place the backpack food into the appropriate lockers at Century School.

*** minimal training (anyone can do this)  *** typically less than 1 hour ***  Food has already been bagged, it just has to be placed in lockers ***  you can select 1 week, or every week to help ***  Financial donations are accepted by the Food Angels program ***

The Food Angels program has been going on for 10+ years - and volunteers are an important part of this program to insure that the kids get the additional food supplies that they may need on the weekends.   Every week during the school year, the kids [who are signed up for the program] receive a bag of food in their lockers [Thursday night] to take home with them on Fridays.
