Legal: "Planning for the future and keeping it in the family"

Speakers will be Anisha Ramanathan (our very own rotary member) and Samantha Gershon.  Anisha joined RCKGM in January 2017 and is the daughter of our very own Kumar Ramanathan. Anisha is an associate and Samantha is a partner in the divorce and family team at Withers. Aside from matrimonial cases, Anisha has experience in drafting wills, probate and general civil litigation matters. Samantha has over 20 years' experience in litigation and has acted for a number of high net worth individuals in divorce proceedings. They will both be speaking on the topic of "Planning for the future and keeping it in the family" which will cover both matrimonial issues as well as how to ensure proper estate planning for the future.
