Good Afternoon Fellow Rotarians!
Hope you are all doing well.
We've been hearing a lot about NATO these days, but what is NATO? Interesting enough, today, 73 years ago, on 4th of April in 1949, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) treaty was signed in Washington, D.C.
A lot of other historical events took place on 4th April. I've posted some of the events in the Knowledge Section, feel free to check out the reference websites for all the other events.

About Nato
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created on 4th April, 1949 by the United States, Canada, and several Western European nations to provide collective security against the Soviet Union.
NATO was the first peacetime military alliance the United States entered into outside of the Western Hemisphere.
