Hope you are all doing well. A wise man said, If you must doubt something, doubt your limits (Bob Proctor), and yesterday at the Charity Bazar, Rotary KGM proved that right. We took on an inconceivable feat and turned it into a reality within a matter of 3 weeks. Kudos to our organizing team, Rotary spouses/friends/kids and the Interactors from Ying Wah boys, everyone worked tirelessly to make this event a super success. Thanks also to members who visited to support the event. Thank You. I'm pleased to share that we raised over $100k after costs reduced. This event was a huge success and I am confident that the next one will be better! We KGMers are good at setting the bar high for everything we do, and that's what we will keep doing. Attaching many photos.

Interact, the Rotary youth program, was launched by the RI Board of Directors in 1962. The first Interact Club was established by the Rotary Club of Melbourne, Florida. Interact clubs provide opportunities for boys and girls of secondary school age to work together in a world fellowship of service and international understanding. The term “Interact” is derived from “inter” for international, and “act” for action. Every Interact club must be sponsored and supervised by a Rotary club and must plan annual projects of service to its school, community and in the world.
Today there are over 15,875 Interact clubs with more than 151,000 members in 88 countries. “Interactors” develop skills in leadership and attain practical experience in conducting service projects, thereby learning the satisfaction that comes from serving others. A major goal of Interact is to provide opportunities for young people to create greater understanding and goodwill with youth throughout the world.
