Alex May is Counsel with Hill Dickinson. He has almost two decades of experience in China and Southeast Asia. He has advised on and drafted documentation relating to a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions for global clientele in Asia. Alex focuses on mergers and acquisitions, PE and VC investments, franchise and licensing transactions and advises regularly on anticorruption matters.
