 im Huxley was born in the UK and has spent his entire working life in the 
 shipping industry\, initially as a shipbroker for Clarksons London where h
 e worked for six years before moving to Hong Kong in 1989. In 2006 he esta
 blished Mandarin Shipping as a Hong Kong based shipping investment and adv
 isory company prior to spending eight years as CEO of Wah Kwong Maritime T
 ransport Holdings Ltd\, the largest privately owned shipowner in Hong Kong
  who own a diverse fleet of tankers and bulkcarriers. In 2016 he returned 
 full time to Mandarin Shipping who now own and operate a fleet of containe
 r vessels trading in Asia and commercially manage a number of bulkcarriers
 . Tim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers\, a former Vic
 e Chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association and a Non-Executive Dir
 ector of a number of shipping related companies in Asia and Europe. He is 
 also a Director of the One Sky Foundation which provides early childhood c
 are and development programmes throughout China\, Vietnam and Mongolia.
