  studies\, design\, finance\, project management of numerous resource mana
 gement schemes in Hong Kong and the UK. In Hong Kong\, he has been respons
 ible for leading many of the major waste schemes completed to date and and
  in the UK he has been primarily involved with the development of integrat
 ed resource management schemes using the public-private finance model. Nig
 el is the Immediate Past Chairman of the influential Resource Management P
 anel of the Instution of Civil Engineers\, he was a Director of the sustai
 nability think tank London Remade and a co-opted expert to the Commission 
 for Sustainable London 2012. Nigel advisesnational and local governments a
 nd the private sector on the subject of resource management\; he regularly
  chairs and presents papers at conferences around the world
