Otago Youth Adventure Trust Project -
Peter Williams spoke of an upcoming project at Tautuku around the 15th October. Initial thoughts are to make this a combined District working bee over the weekend. There has been some scoping of work to be undertaken and requires sign off by the Trust management. Further information to be provided in due course.
Wood - Mike is arranging a team to ring wood down at the Trusts camp at Berwick on Wednesday 11th Aug. We will require a group to help split the wood at some stage. TBA
Book Sale - First meeting was held on Monday night to go through some of the major tasks e.g. Labour for transferring books from the Mill storage to the bowling club, organising tables etc. There will be another meeting next Monday night - 9th - to discuss further tasks.
