Preparations
YOU will have received the four page roster from Fraser by now if you have volunteered to assist at the Book Sale.
On Thursday morning the 30th Sept. we require people at both the Mill Storage unit and Wingatui Race Course 8:30am – 12pm
Thursday Afternoon 12pm – 5 pm - Wingatui Race Course only
The Sale @ Wingatui Race Course Pavilion
Friday 1 st October 11:30am – 9pm
Saturday 2nd October 8:30am – 8pm
Sunday 3rd October 8:30am – 3pm Sale closes @ 12pm then tidy up
If you can't find your name just come when you can and there will be a job for you.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Heritage Bus will be operating a shuttle service from Mosgiel to Wingatui on Saturday from 9 - 5 pm & 9am - Noon on Sunday. Departing from the bus stop underneath the Rotary Millenium clock in the middle of Mosgiel. It will depart just after the 77 for town leaves - on the hour from the Mosgiel end and leave from Wingatui half an hour later. So it is an hour round trip.
