Quote of the week.
All of us could take a lesson from the weather; it pays no attention to criticism.

GREAT FILM;  LAST NIGHT
THOSE WHO WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOU MISSED A GREAT NIGHT.

When the film opens for public screening make sure you go and see it.
About 180 Rotarians and friends attended from all the clubs in our area and Peter Williams did a great job organising the event. "End polio" was the winner, we had the enjoyment.
If you haven't opened the links that were in the bulletin go back and view them they are very interesting
COFFEE TIME AGAIN
As we have no meeting next Monday Night, (Labour day) it has been decided that we should meet for coffee next week. This time it will be on Thursday Morning next week the 29th October.
We will meet at the RSA again as there is plenty of room and not too noisy.
Usual time about 10.00 am. Scones, cream and jam, tea or coffee or anything from the cabinet.
Invite a friend and bring them along for the fellowship.
IT RAINED ON OUR PARADE
Graeme's Project evenings got away to a wet start.
The firewood was a washout and the notice board was not possible in the rain but the book sorting and the Geranium potting under cover were ok.
The wood splitters and firewood delivery team will meet later when the paddock dries up. The book sorters didn't record their effort in the lockup, with photographic evidence.
I have it from a reliable source that the lock-up room has been completely reorganised and is far more functional and looking very tidy. A very productive evening!
DUTIES.
No duties this week  read next weeks bulletin for November duties
