Background In an effort to provide all our members with satisfaction from their membership of Rotary, we have asked them to indicate the projects they would be prepared to help manage. It can be frustrating for members who join Rotary with a desire to serve and not be given an opportunity. Rotary members are people who are active in or retired from management and administration roles of their chosen profession; they have a vast range of skills and experience for the club to utilize. The intention is to give all members a meaningful and rewarding job organising projects in which they are particularly interested. The Club directory booklet has the initial try to allocate positions according to the survey results. Those who indicated their willingness to manage projects in most cases have been given that responsibility. Most of the bigger projects will require all members to assist when asked for their support. Please speak-up if your name doesn't appear or you wish to help organise another project or better still a new one. Thanks everyone President, Neville
