Time is near to say farewell to President Merv and welcome in President Rod Craw for the 2025 -26 Rotary year.
 
For those new to Rotary, change over night is when the President and their current team change for the incoming Rotary year., which is June to June.
Last Monday evening our incoming President Rod shared his 2025-26  Team with the members.

Mosgiel Bus Shelter Restoration
John Seddon is leading the team who are working on the repairs and maintenance of the bus shelter and making it vandal proof. The Rotary symbol will be powdered coated and put on the back wall of the shelter. Final designs are still to be approved. The clock is still being fixed and we will cleaned once this is completed.

Silverstream Planting
   
It was rather a crisp morning when members joined Colin Mackintosh on the Silverstream bank to continue preparing the site for planting.
The beautification of the place is certainly taking shape and looking wonderful thanks to all those participating and helping with the project.
Booksale
 
The date is set 26th - 28th September 2025 for our annual Book sale.

Rotary Friendship Exchange invitation from India
Keen to travel to India, but it all seems a bit daunting, Rotary Friendship Exchange may be the answer for you.
District 3040 DG has invited Rotarians in District 9999 to visit their country in Jan/Feb 2026.
We would then host a return visit from India later in 2026.
