The run was held at the crack of dawn on Sunday January 28th 2018. The Run started at 6.15am This is a joint community effort and got excellent support. It was great to see so many members turning out at the airport by 5.30 am for duty About 120 people took the opportunity to run or walk the runway and Irene was pleased with the support. MTF Dunedin South a committed supporter, of the pool project ran a successful BBQ in the car park. While I'm not aware of the final amount I think over $6000.00 was raised Thanks to all the members and supporters who made the effort. ***************************************************************** Two campers were hiking in the forest when all of a sudden a bear jumps out and starts chasing them for there lives one camper stops and starts putting on his running shoes.What are you doing you can't outrun a bear.His friend replies i don't have to outrun the bear i only have to outrun you. 0 / / 0 |
