President Stuart presents Regan Horrell with this award in recognition of the work Regan has done with his Facebook page 'Talk of the Taieri', Regan is taking a break from his "hobby" as he pursues other things that he has put on hold.
His presentation included a very interesting interview with John Seddon on the project to develop the Mosgiel sign, in which he captured the local connectedness of the activity through careful questioning to get the stories behind the story, including the range of people and talents that were harnessed to achieve the goal.
Regan has provided an interesting online record of the life and times of the Taieri, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
