WINGATUI COMMUNITY MARKET this Saturday 11th & 12th December
Yes the market is on again this coming weekend. Following the last meeting the Club view was to keep supporting this whilst it was a worthwhile use of volunteer time.
Urgently Wanted parking attendants for Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th at Wingatui Racecourse for Market Day. 10.30am till 2.00pm. Catherine is the only one so far.
Please remember our Site for selling books at Wingatui is free so we need to support Market Day. We are not charged a participation fee to sell at the market this assistance is in return for that. This is extra to those on the book stall.
Booksale stall at Wingatui: Available are Irene and Austen morning 10.30am till 1.00pm 11 December afternoon 1.00pm till 3.00pm is Ross and Merv.
Sunday 10.30am till 1.00pm is Kevin and Margie 1.00pm till 3.00pm is Mike and Amanda.
If anyone extra is able to help with Marshalling on Saturday at 3pm onwards for the Pearl of the Plains Christmas Festival in Olympic Gym Car Park.
