WAIRONGOA SPRINGS

It is interesting that so many members who have lived here all their lives had never been to see where the famous Wairongoa springs and their fizzie water bubbled forth. The forest that surrounds them is magnificent.

We thank Austen for showing  us this wonderful place before he leaves his home  of many years, and enjoyed reading the story in the ODT last week. Colin took a number of photos to record the occasion of our visit.
