TRANSFORMING YOUR CLUB WORKSHOP - DUNEDIN
SATURDAY 2 MAY

The growing Rotary team are inviting clubs that are making positive cultural changes in their clubs to attend a Transforming your club workshop in Dunedin on Saturday 2 May.

The workshop builds on the work already done by clubs to achieve a positive club culture and are ready to: look externally to promote their clubs and the work they do, find, and retain new members, and build partnerships with local organisations and groups.

Each club will go away at the end of the day with an action plan to share with their members.

We are thrilled to have as our presenter on the day Mark Huddleston, membership guru based in Adelaide.  Mark has done some wonderful work across the Zone and was instrumental in the development of the Fit for Purpose Programme that some of our clubs are participating in.

This is an opportunity for all clubs in the South to register and bring along enthusiastic members of your club.

You don’t have to be on your club’s membership team to register for this event, just willing to engage and to look at how you can build a relevant club for the future!

If you would like to know more or want to register your attendance, then please contact District Growing Rotary Chair, Jan Boustead pjkeay@xtra.co.nz

We encourage clubs that participate to bring along 4-6 members to ensure that follow up back in the club can be achieved. Registrations close 24 April.

Attached is a flyer with further information on this workshop.
