President Stuart asked me to present my Directors for next year and will take effect from Change-Over on 4th July.
This being the final year within District 9980, we will enter into the new Rotary year as District 9999. This will be the amalgamation of districts 9970 and district 9980 as one district in the South Island, within Rotary Zone 8. Amongst other changes, this will involve a new constitution and by-laws to be introduced. To that end, I have asked past President Graeme Watson to update and overview the files and documentation the club holds.
