  1. A follow up from Merv’s announcement re the Hospice Trailer Raffle. I have attached a spreadsheet which lists the volunteers who have put their names forward so far. The word file has a few details that you can cut and paste. I have yet to present the spreadsheet to the Taieri club as they went curling yesterday and I had a prior engagement so didn’t go with them.

    Kiwi Harvest will set up table and provide flyers each morning.
    On entry to the supermarket, people will be given a flyer suggesting which goods are required. On the way out, donations will be put in a trolley. Items will be picked up by Kiwiharvest at the end of the day and distributed by them to a foodbank. They have given a commitment that the goods collected in Mosgiel will go the Mosgiel Foodbank
    Dunedin Central will provide an EFTPOS machine and Rotary gazebo.
  3. There is an opportunity to join the Taieri club to have a day out at Waimate, and attend their meeting on 10 December. Peter Williams is arranging a bus and if there are spaces available, would like to invite Mosgiel members. Peter will circulate the invite to Taieri members at next Wednesdays meeting, 2 December, and advise after the meeting if spaces are available. Details of the days outing are listed below:
 
Day trip by bus to Waimate. Thursday 10 Dec. 9am to approx 11pm. Visiting Forks Hotel, Eco sanctuary, A&P hall, BushWorld and Club meeting. Speaker from Gloriavale leavers trust. Cost for club meeting meal and bus $45. Other meals / drinks at your own cost. Limited to 24 people for bus and meeting. Leaving Old New World carpark 9am sharp.
