The Club took over the section in Church Street from the Education Board and formed Plunket Park. Then supplied and built playing devices for under 8-year-olds, built fences and planted roses.
Assisted with the removal of the Band Rotunda in Anzac Park. A big mistake - wrought iron poles and lattice work were destroyed. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Laid out the driveway and paths and planted out the individual areas for the Mosgiel Caravan Park. Later assisted in the building of the kitchen and the toilet block.
