If you don't plant your daffodil bulb you wont get any flowers. Even as we go into autumn living daily in fear of the dreadful virus, we have been assured there will be Spring time and harvest. Hopefully with life back to some normality! As a sign of hope for a better future plant you bulb and watch it blossom forth.Query of the week "Why are some previous year's bulbs coming to the surface of the garden and have to be replanted?" I asked our resident gardener. His reply " I don't know, I blame the chickens or the birds, so I haven't thought about it. I just push them under again." I was expecting some scientific reason.
