At Monday night’s Directors meeting, I welcomed Amanda Lord, Colin Mackintosh and Graham Beach as incoming Directors for the new year and we wished them well in their new roles.
Amanda will take over from Margie as Secretary

Graham from Mike in Membership/Fellowship/Welfare
Briefly from the meeting:
Book sale planning going well. Further investigation into pricing of a bag of books
Environmental - successful planting days with 30 - 40 kids and adults attending with more upcoming plantings planned
Membership - 2 potential members
We are looking for someone to become the Coordinator of the dictionary programme taking over from Graham Beach (please speak with John if interested)
Youth - First group of Taieri College kids to attend our meeting went well. New
attendees for next month. Austen is pleased with the feedback.
Meeting with new 9999 District Governor planned for Wednesday 7 th September Burns
Lodge combined with Taieri Club.
