BREAKING NEWS from Irene
The Rotary Club of Mosgiel Charitable Trust is excited that we have been able to support a great local initiative.We are funding a 75 inch tv for the community to be housed at Burns Lodge to be available to all the community who use this facility.
School camps, sports groups community organisations, Rotary and other service clubs all use Burns Lodge regularly and this will be a wonderful asset.
For our club it will mean no more blurry PowerPoints, we won’t need to turn off the lights when people give presentations and we will be able to sign in to the internet and view Rotary videos on line.
It offers potential to hold quiz nights and other fun events for the community. We did look at funding a new data projector and laptop, but this is much more cost effective and the way of the future.
