Graeme has agreed to help us and we look forward to his instructive tips for us to follow. It seems that in most cases it is only a matter of how your computer is set up, a conflict between your computer and your mobile phone, or the programme you are using. If you are having problems would you please ring Graeme and explain what is, or is not happening, and he will get an understanding of the size of the problem, and help to solve it.
To stop an email going to junk folder. (from Graeme)
Most email providers have a system to allow you to stop emails going into your Junk folder. Below is Outlook provider, I have found most email providers do a similar way.
You can mark email as Not Junk by right-clicking it and then select Junk > Not Junk in the right-clicking menu.
If this doesn’t stop the emails going into junk folder. Repeat the above steps. Then go into your inbox, open the email that came from your Junk folder. Right click the Email address then select add to contact list.
