We hope that you know that the Book sale is being held at the Wingatui Race Course Pavilion.
The set-up will start next Thursday the 30th Sept. with the sale starting on Friday 1st Oct.

For those members who have not had the opportunity to indicate availability for the book sale weekend, could you please either email or text Stuart your preference from the below? There is a job for everyone an important one, greeting the customers. (no lifting required)
We would like to have responses back by this Sunday night so we can organise a draft roster on Monday night.
Note that these are start and finish times for each day, so as an example, indicate both the day and the period you are available (example)
Saturday 8.30am – 12pm. Sunday 9.00am- 11-30 am.

Thursday Afternoon - Wingatui Race Course
12pm – 5 pm
Friday 1 st October – Wingatui Race Course
11:30pm – 9pm
Saturday 2 nd October
8:30am – 8pm
Sunday 3rd October
8:30am – 3pm
Sale closes @ 12pm then tidy up
