Book sale all go at Level 2 4th 5th 6th September

We will be holding our first ever covid level 2 book sale this year. It is very do-able with a few minor changes.
Entry and exit - max numbers allowed in will be 100 at a time. People need to use the QR code or sign in. The main doors into the venue will be entrance only. Check out and exit will be via the door to the rear carpark.
Check outs - On Friday we will have 3 check outs operating 1 for cash and 2 for EFTPOS. We will review this over the weekend opening and closing check outs as needed. Counters will be wiped down with spray sanitiser regularly
Sanitiser - we will have hand sanitiser at a number of locations round the room. Checkout operators to sanitise after each transaction or wear gloves.
Social distancing - arrows will be put on the carpet to denote direction in the aisles this will allow us to meet the distancing rules. Because we have sign in systems and contact tracing, our distances need to be at least a metre, the 2 metres distancing is for outside, or where there is no contact tracing
Anyone who is sick stay home.
Sausages etc - We will not be selling food or drinks this year. There will be lunch available for our team on Friday and Saturday, please stay out of the kitchen and ask at the servery if you need anything.
Minimalising handling - We will ask people to bring their own shopping bags and will charge $20 a bag for books rather than handling every book.
We will also work on an honesty system and take people's word for how many books they have. Except dealers which we will still count.
Masks & Gloves - members may choose to wear masks but it is not compulsory. BYO mask. Gloves will be available for the team use. Most of all remember to wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, cough into your elbow and think about what you are doing at all times.
