Hi as you may have heard I just had a heart attack on Wednesday all good .I've been and had 3 Stents put in place and various tests .It pays to listen to your body ,classic signs but I am all good and going home today hopefully.
Our Guest on the 22nd will be Ross and Racheal Clark to talk of creating a legacy for Jillian Clark ,Ross Clark sister and what we can do to help.
Our last Guest was Collen Mackie from Elder Care who Directors have helped with $3,000 toward a new roof for their building.
Elder Care are helping a lot of people in our community with a meal ,conversation and outing with various activities, so important as we all age .
