Today is an era of great change, too - which he'll be talking about in his speech, titled "The Challenges to Democracy and the Rule of Law."

Board Update
We are delighted to welcome back Stuart Brooker as a member, with another prospective member out for approval and three in the pipeline.
All is going well - that makes three new members since July!
Goals and measures for the year were finalised, and will be shared with the club for comment in September.

Accounts for FY25 were approved.

Replacement Constitution
A new standard constitution has been designed for all Rotary Clubs in Aotearoa New Zealand to ensure they comply with changes to the Incorporated Society legislation that takes effect on 5 April, 2026.
Once we have received this, our club will be voting on it at a meeting in September or October.
Please note, we are unable to make any changes to it as it has been through Rotary’s approval process including review by IRD and the Incorporated Societies Registrar.
