We will meet this Friday 10/18 at the YMCA. Our presenter this week will be Jessica Peterson from the Duluth Superior Community Foundation. She will speak about their Foundation and helping to establish a Skyline Foundation.
We will meet in the conference room next to the pool this week. The Y is asking that we all have an ID card to get through the gates. There is an all day conference in our usual meeting space.
Duties this week are: Invocation - David, and Fellowship - Jason.
Tomorrow Wednesday 10/18 at 5:00 DG Kay will make her annual visit to the Twin Ports Rotaract Club at Tavern on the Hill. Come if you can.
Guests last week were Hermantown Student Rotarian Alison Andrews and John Senich. It was a casual meeting. A good chance for some fellowship.
Jason and the committee are making great progress towards the October 29th Paul Harris Dinner. Registration is now online. We will visit the local Clubs to encourage them to attend. There will be some volunteer opportunities the day of the event. We are planning an afordable, educational, and fun evening. Jason is doing a great job.
October is Rotary International Community Economic Development Month.
