2023 PEACH TICKETS ARE HERE. Mark has them and will bring them to meetings or deliver them to you. We need to sell Peaches! There are 200 tickets left to be picked up or delivered and sold in the next week and a half. People love their Skyline peaches if you just ask them. The Georgia crop failed so the usual street vendors that we have competed with in recent years were not out selling.
This Friday, August 11th we will meet at the YMCA. We are one week out from the Peach sale and two weeks out from the Dragon Boat Festival. The meeting will be planning and discussion about the logistics for the peach sale and the Dragon Boats. Please sign up for Dragon Boat volunteering using the 7/26 email from Denver Boser. Duties will be: Invocation - Jason Young, Greeter - Dave Michelson, and Fellowship - Rob Shamblott. Please bring a favorite peach sale story to tell.
The August Board meeting is being moved back a week to Tuesday the 15th at noon at the Bent Paddle Taproom and by Zoom. Lunch will be served.
August is Rotary Membership and New Club Development Month. Let's get on track to be a 50 member Club in our 50th year.
