I sent out an email earlier today about planting the Kids Garden at the YMCA with the Director, Ashley Adkins, of the Early Childhood Family Education and the kiddos at 10:00 tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. Last Fall we did a great job of cleaning up the gardens so there is just a little repair work and then planting to do. It is really fun to work with the kids. I have planting shovels and it will take less than an hour including time for pictures. Come if you can.
This Friday 6/20 we will meet at the YMCA. Our program will be by Sophie Clock, Community Impact Director at Life House. Duties this week are: Invocation - Mark, and Fellowship - John.
I was gone fishing Friday to Friday so i missed our two programs. Thank you to David for arranging the programs.
Next week our Outbound Exchange Student, Gus Olson, will be our program. The following week on Tuesday, July 1 is the Changing of the Guard at the Pike Lake Golf & Beach Club starting at 4:30 with dinner and program at 5:30. Let's celebrate a great year under Adam's leadership and the start of Kevin's Presidency.
