This Friday we will not meet, but will have a Family Picnic at Lester Park on Sunday the 6th from noon until 3:00. Hamburgers, chicken, and hot dogs for the kids. Pop and water provided. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

June is Rotary Fellowship Month.
Next week’s meeting presenter will be our own Kris Lee. Kris will walk us through the many updates that she has made to our website, and how to use the website to find Club Information. Bring your questions. We all have a lot that we can learn. Duties will be by Leutgebs: Invocation by Mark and Fellowship by Tim.
We heard that the Air Show set up crew is not needed for Wednesday the 23rd, but still is needed on Thursday the 27th.
North Shore Rotary Club will be holding their Lyle Northey - Forekids Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 26th at Lakeview Golf Course starting with breakfast and 8:00 AM tee times. Proceeds will go to students for RYLA, Scholarships, and Interact. This year's event is particularly special as Lyle passed away in this last year. Last week's meeting was held at the Bent Paddle Taproom. Guests included: Jenna Bettscher from Duluth Tap Exchange, Shannon Lang from Ecolibrium 3, Marta Swier from Decaro Real Estate, and Tricia Bunten from Club 25 and Area 14 Assistant Governor. Of note one of our newest members, Aaron Winkelman attended in person. This meeting was a first in a series of meetings planned to Rotate between businesses in the Craft District intending to build membership first and then consider a satellite Club. We had an OMC catered lunch and talked Rotary both formally and mostly informally. Thank you to Laura Mullen from Bent Paddle for inviting us to use their facility.
