What a Peach Weekend! We still have peaches left if you want more. They are in the Bent Paddle cooler. Call Tim 218-348-7544. Later this week Second Harvest will get most of what is left. This year I delivered some to Damiano Center, Chum, and Life House. We will do well financially this year. People love their peaches. If there isn't a back up of cars they also hear about Skyline Rotary. It is fun to see and talk to Rotarians, past Skyliners, and even sons and daughters of past Skyliners. As always it is a pleasure to see our next generation of Rotarians helping with peaches. Tim and Kevin did great work and many many more Skyliners helped to make the peach sale a success. Thank you!

Good news about Todd M Johnson! He is now the Executive Director of the Northern Lights Foundation. The Foundation supports families of children who have life-threatening illnesses.

On Thursday the 21st at Wade Stadium is the Battle of the Badges baseball game between the Duluth Police and the Duluth Fire Department. Congratulations Todd on your new career position.
I heard from PDG Kay Biga that the Pachel Foundation she manages will be sponsoring a night at the Duluth Playhouse again this Fall on September 11. The musical will be "Million Dollar Quartet" set on December 4, 1956 at Sun Records in Memphis when Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Elvis Presley had a jam sesssion. This will be free to Rotarians and guests. Be there or be square.
