Our presenter this week will be Dan Hartman, the Director of Glensheen. Duties this week are: Invocation - Jim Curtis and Fellowship - Greg Kaake.
Next week our program will be the noon presentation by RI President Holger Knaack coming to us from our District Conference virtually held in Bemidji. Since the presentation is scheduled to start at noon we will need to dispense with our usual business meeting. Following the meeting Chris Sward has scheduled tee times starting at 2:30 at Nemadji. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather.
Friday May 7 is now on our website calendar for the building of the disc golf course at the Boys and Girls Club camp on Island Lake. We will work, and have lunch there. Please put the date on your calendars and plan to work.

The Superior Rotary Club is holding their Craft Beer & Wine Event Online Auction Starting next Monday April 26th through Sunday May 2nd. Russ reported that scholarship applications are due from Proctor, Marshall, and Hermantown schools on April 24th after which students will be interviewed and winners selected for $1000 scholarships.
Jim Curtis asked for 10 volunteers to do set up for the Air Show on Wednesday June 23rd and Thursday the 24th both days starting at 9:00 AM. We will be setting up chairs in the VIP area. Please email Jim at jimcurtis76@gmail.com with your name, and shirt size. Anyone who wants to volunteer during the show will need to send name, shirt size and email address because the shirts and duties will be different. We need both lists turned in after our meeting on April 23rd.
Guests last week were Julianne Raymond, a visiting Rotarian from the Superior Club, and Scott Soderberg from Harbortown.
Last week's presentation was by Jodi Slick of Ecolibrium3 (Ec3). Ec3 supports a range of programs to help the Lincoln Park area. The programs include sustainable community building, residential energy improvements, and housing rehabilitation projects, solar energy, and expanding community using AmericCorps VISTA volunteers. They are an early adopter in the Craft District where we plan to hold meetings this summer.
