Virtual Meeting on Zoom This Friday!
We will be having meetings online until Governor Walz lifts the shelter in place order.
Good meeting last week 15 Skyliner's and Dan Dock was our one visiting Rotarian. It was interesting to hear how the pandemic has affected the way Dan has to do his job.
From Russ: Please look over the list of applicants for Proctor. We are looking for an over all winner with the rest getting something for their efforts and the unforeseen short senior year. Please disregard format in your judgement. I do let them know they can submit in any way they can (typed, handwritten etc.). My rule of thumb in decisions typically is how they showcase needing it and how they meet our overall Rotary philosophy. Please bring your choices to meeting on Friday either in person or through zoom (or email me if Friday doesn't work).

Last week's speaker was Joe Dusek, Private Wealth Manager for Minnesota, Wells Fargo. It was interesting to hear how Joe reacted to the pandemic as the owner of a small business, Wilderness Hockey Team, compared to his day day and how Wells Fargo is doing things. Thanks Joe, nice job on keeping things going and looking to the future.

Our Friday meeting will actually be in person this week, but still available virtually for those that cannot attend or choose to stay home. We will be meeting, while socially distancing in our vehicles, in the Southwest corner parking lot at the Essentia Wellness Center in Hermantown. This meeting will be BYOL (bring your own lunch) :)
Mark will be sending out a Zoom for those that are not able to participate in person.
