Skyline Rotary Meets weekly on Fridays at 12:00 PM.
We will be meeting both virtually using Zoom and/or in person at the Duluth YMCA:
We will meet this Friday 9/27 at Lester Park just north of East Superior Street on Lester River Road starting at 11:00 to help set up for the 25th Annual Lester River Rendezvous. We will break for lunch and then finish set up. Skyline is a sponsor. No Duties this week.
There were no guests last week. We had lunch and announcements and headed out to the Kids Garden for a Fall cleanup. We weed wacked, spread wood chips in the walkways, removed weeds and turned over soil in the plant beds. The garden looks great and is ready for another Spring planting. Thanks to the crew that got it done!
Jason and the committee are making great progress towards the October 29th Paul Harris Dinner. The other Twin Ports Clubs will be helping to make the evening a fun and educational success.
We will meet back at the YMCA next Friday 10/4 for a program by Dodie Brown CEO of True North Goodwill. Foollowing the meeting we will head out to do our Fall Highway Clean up.
September is Rotary International Education and Literacy Month.
