We will meet this Friday the 26th at Neighborhood Youth Services 300 E 2nd Street (in First Presbyterian Church). We will have lunch and then hear from Aaron Gelineau, Senior Youth Specialist. No duties this week.
This Thursday evening from 6-8:00 is the monthly Meat Raffle at the Bent Paddle Taproom. Please come and help out.
Last Thursday was the Changing of the Guard at the Pike Lake Golf and Beach Club. Kevin handed the gavel to Lindsey and she gave him his Past President pin. It was a good dinner and good fellowship. Kevin thanked his Board and spoke about all of the amazing projects that the Club completed in his leadership year. Congratulations to our new President Lindsey! We will Rotarian of the Year was awarded to Tim for his fundraising work with peaches and now the meat raffles. Standing in for Tim was his wife Chelsea and kids Clara and Arlo. If you haven't heard yet, Tim is very busy starting up his new business, Signal North Productions. Tim@signalnorthproductions.com. Last week he ran a weekend show at Brainerd Raceway and this weekend he is running the Blue Ox music Festival in Eau Claire. This work is what he studied in college. He will miss his many friends at Bent Paddle.
