We will meet this Friday 8/28 at Skyline Social & Games, 4894 Miller Trunk Highway. We hope to learn about their expansion and growth including in the Twin Cities. This will be a social gethering. It will be pizza and pop so bring kids if they are out of school and daycare.
This Thursday evening is the Meat Raffle at Bent Paddle from 6-8:00. If the weather is nice we will raffle on the deck. Please come support the Raffle and talk Rotary to the patrons. You can skip supper as there will be dinner food.
Please turn in your peach money. There were a couple of really nice peach posts on Facebook with responses. Thank you for the posting and pictures.
Last week Aftenro hosted lunch and we worked on gardens and new bedding under the entryway sign. Kevin invited Baihly Warfield from WDIO who came, shot some some video, and then showed it on The Lift at 4:30. Well done Skyliners.
Good news that through the peaches week we generated three good leads on prospective new Club members.
ECO Rotary is looking for helpers at the Lake Superior Harvest Festival at Bayfront Park Saturday, September 12 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
August is Rotary Membership and New Club Development Month.
